Highlights 9 – 15 April

The NBGC Junior Pennants team competed in the first round of the Junior Pennants series at Charlestown Golf Club. Nelson Bay had the biggest representation in the event, with 10 team members.

Assistant Club Professional Warren Moses is already working on the next wave of juniors to achieve golf handicaps.

Junior Clinics are held on Thursday afternoons during school terms.

Enrolments for the Term 2 Junior program are being taken by the Pro shop on 49812073.

The other highlight of the week is Connor Benjamin’s 40 stableford points on Saturday 15 April, playing off a handicap of 3. That’s a one-under-par round of 71. Not bad, as Connor is still a junior!
