Ms Gilbert was impressed with the talent in our district demonstrated on the evening.

“Students from Bulahdelah Central, Tea Gardens Primary, Bungwahl Primary, Coolongolook Primary, St Joseph’s and Bulahdelah Preschool accepted their awards with pride, showed great manners and had fun together.”

“A big thank you to the Bungwahl Primary dancers for entertaining us on the night,” she said.

“Also we would like to thank the Bulahdelah Show Committee for their organisation of this event.”

Of particular note, from Bulahdelah Central School was Peter Poniris who won the Stage 2 Public Speaking category with a speech on ‘How Much He Hates Doing Speeches’.
