The accolades during the Gala evening kept coming for R & R, with Denise Haynes also receiving a Highly-Commended award in the Business Leader category.

Denise said the regional recognition “shows that all our hard work has paid off”.

“The awards show our sheer determination and passion, and that the excellence we strive for has been achieved,” she said.

“It gives us motivation that we are on the right track and that people are happy with what we do.”

Denise and her team were also named as finalists in the ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ and ‘Excellence in Professional Service’ categories.

R & R Property commenced operating from Stroud in 2009.

Denise said they expanded into Bulahdelah earlier this year due to community demand, and now employ seven staff across the two offices.

“I’ve always sold in Bulahdelah, but now we have more and more people coming in wanting to sell in this area,” Denise said.

“We are passionate about what we do, we are always growing and never stagnant, so we hope to expand even further.”

R & R Property are great supporters of the local community, and have been major sponsors of the Stroud and Bulahdelah Shows and regularly donate funds to many other organisations.

“We sponsor a lot of things to do with the school and sporting facilities, including the ladies’ soccer and also the Hunter Barbarians,” Denise said.

“We always use local produce in our settlement packages and always use local businesses, we never step outside of our area unless we absolutely have to.”

The NSW Business Chamber Awards were a celebration of the region’s outstanding businesses, whose passion, determination and success inspire other businesses and business people.

Denise and her team thank the community for their support and the sponsors and organisers of the awards
