
RAYMOND Terrace Seniors Citizens’ Association have officially announced their new office bearers, after their recent Annual General Meeting.

The newly elected office bearers are: President Pat Burke; Vice president Merrilee Doyle; Secretary Kathy Young; Minute Secretary Margaret Almond; Treasurer Dianne Marsh; and Assistant Treasurer Robyn Campbell.
The elected Committee members are Harry Goedings, Del Want, Hazel Grey, Kay Woodbine, Gail Lacey and Betty Tooth.
Secretary Kathy Young told News Of The Area, “We are looking forward to a great year, with lots of activities planned.
Raymond Terrace Senior Citizens has a fun weekend trip coming up on the 24 and 25 March.
The group will travel to Wingham, Kempsey and Port Macquarie.
They will host their annual Christmas in July, which will this year be held at Ettalong Diggers with lunch and a show.
Kathy said, “There will be lots of other fun activities and getaways, like our annual trip to Scone Seniors Club and their return visit in August and September, and a week’s holiday to Tallengatta down south in October.”
“Then of course there’s our annual Christmas luncheon in December.”
New members are more than welcome to join, and enjoy these fun activities and make some new friends.
The club is open twice a week and enjoy spending time together on various activities.
