SCHOLARSHIPS for the Coffs Harbour Regional Conservatorium’s music programs in 2022 are officially open, with a new scholarship on offer, specifically for classical music students in the Nambucca Valley region.

Applications are invited from students who are looking to continue their musical journey, and students from across the region are encouraged to apply, including those not currently at the Conservatorium.

Scholarships on offer are for school-aged students who either sing or play instruments in contemporary, classical, or jazz genres.

Winning applicants will receive up to forty 45-minute single study lessons working alongside some of Australia’s finest educators and performers.

For those on applicable instruments, winners also gain free ensemble entry.

Applications are now open, and close at 5pm on 12 November.

Auditions will be held on Thursday, 18 November from 5:30pm.
