WHETHER Soldiers Point Marina is your destination for a day out boating or just a stop for lunch, Tesla owners will now find the convenience of a high-speed Destination Charging Unit on site.
Giving our customers access to state of the art Tesla charging will enable our valued marina guests and visitors the ability to plug in while they enjoy the marina facilities.
Destination Charging uses a Tesla high-speed power wall connector (similar to the charger Tesla owners install in their home).
Soldiers Point Marina has two Tesla connectors (charging at a rate of 22kW) available to the public via a self-parking system.
By offering the convenient destination charging services to our Tesla owners, we are replicating the convenience they have become accustomed to at their homes, to ensure they are fully charged up and ready to hit the road again.
Marina manager Darrell Barnett said, “We are striving to be leaders in our industry and saw the opportunity to offer this unique service to our customers.”
