The cars were set at a 45 degree angle in Maxwell Street and drew many admiring inspections from the visitors locally and afar.

The organisers of the Festival were very pleased with the response as were the members who attended with their vehicles.

Phil Hoare, secretary of the Tea Gardens Hawks Nest Motor Club said, “Many of the visitors spoke with our members about various vehicles and in particular Des Rowney’s 1927 Austin 7 was a major drawcard.”

“Many thanks to the members who were able to present their cars on the day,” he said.

The clubs next major function is the Motorfest Community Aid Day on 7 March 2015 at the Myall Park Sports Oval at Hawks Nest.
