PART of the funding from the Federal Government’s ‘Broadband for Seniors’ Program will be used this year to provide a series of Technology Workshops at MidCoast Council’s Tea Gardens Library.

These workshops will be held in the Library on Tuesday mornings from 9am until 12pm commencing 2 August and concluding on 6 September.

There are very limited spaces, so it is essential to book your place by phoning the Tea Gardens Library on 4997 1265.

The topics for each session include: 2 August – Google; 9 August – Email; 16 August – Photographs; 23 August – Facebook; 30 August – iPads(Bring your iPad); and 6 September – Android Tablet (Bring your tablet).

The workshops are free of charge.  Information on internet security and reference booklets will be given to each participant and morning tea will be provided.
