The Fair is open to members of the community from 3.20pm.

Fair-goers can enjoy rides, food vans, and all the traditional school fete goodies.

From toffee to show bags and pet rocks to second hand books, the offerings at the Fair are sure to please.

Ms Holly McKew, P&C representative, told News Of The Area, “A lot of love, sweat and tears has gone into planning this Fair so we hope that the kids and their families really enjoy it and we raise some great funds to go towards our great school community.”

The Fair will also have for sale plants from the student Garden Club, side show alley games, soft drinks, bees wax food wraps made by Year 4 students, guessing jars, handmade cards, lucky jars, tie dye clothing, temporary tattoos, and hair colouring.

For those that prefer, there will also be market-style food and ice cream vans in attendance.

Ride passes are available for sale at the front office and will cost—for the afternoon session beginning at 3pm—$15 per person.

For school students from 1pm, the cost is $25 with discounts for families with more than one child.

Mrs Sandra Holland, teacher at Wirreanda Public School told News Of The Are, “There has been lots of work done by students, P&C members, and teachers; from planning, designing, making, and pricing.”

“We hope everyone enjoys our goodies.”

Funds raised from the Fair will go towards P&C activities to improve the educational and schooling experiences of students.

In a sign of the times, the Fair will be going cashless.

Cash can be exchanged for Fair Dollars from the school office.

Wirreanda Public School looks forward to welcoming the community to the school for the Fair.
