IF you love supporting your local community, our children and their learning, and you want something fun to do for the night, we may have discovered the event for you to attend.

The Wirreanda Public School P&C are a friendly bunch of parents who have become well-known for their fun-filled fundraisers, and their planned trivia night for Saturday 27 August is set to be another night not to be missed.

The theme this year is ‘Get in the record books’ and each table is invited to dress up as their favourite books and dress their table to match – there will be prizes for best dressed!

Organiser and P&C Member, Belinda Beasley, told News Of The Area “The Wirreanda Trivia Night, run by Quizmaster, will be a blast! You’ll have the opportunity to win a banquet for ten if your team wins, but also lots of prizes from our tombola and major raffle.”

The night doesn’t stop there though, there are also great games and competitions during the night.

It’s a fun night for all and for a great cause.

Proceeds from the night will go towards finishing the library renovations,

The school library has not been updated since the school opened in 1985.

The night kicks off at 7pm in the MPC, and is adults only. Tickets are $10 each and each table has a maximum of ten players.

So, book that sitter, and join the Wirreanda P&C for a fun night out.

For bookings, please phone Belinda on 0419905487.
