Homes along this stretch are very tightly held and seemingly are even passed through family to family.

Current owner Rochelle Timony-Wright said she is sad to leave the home as it has given the family-of-five so many wonderful memories.

“We originally weren’t too sure if we should sell or not but the home is now too small for us.”

“We’re off to 2.5 acres and building, so we are looking for to the next chapter of our life,” she said.

Real Estate Agent Denise Haynes said that, “We (R&R Property) are tapping into this Raymond Terrace and surrounding area and the homes we have listed in the last month have all already sold.”

“We sold this Hunter Street home to buyers who saw through the first Open Day,” she said.

“The key to the success was a dynamic marketing plan for the home,” Ms Haynes told News Of The Area.

“From what we can tell the sale also achieved a record price for the street.”

Ms Timony-Wright said, “Yes, we were blown away with the price R&R Property achieved. Both with price and how quickly.”

“From the first second we ‘hit-the-market’, Denise just went for it. She has so many marketing strategies and it was amazing seeing the way she operates.”
