A recent cocktail party hosted by R & R Property was a double celebration for Denise Haynes and her team.
More than 50 community members gathered at the new R & R Office in Bulahdelah to celebrate the holiday season with an evening of fun, drinks and festive cheer.
As the guests merrily mingled, they were also able to view the transformation of the Stroud Street hardware store into a sleek modern office suite.
The new R & R Rural and Residential Property office, which is due to open for business on 9 January, is an expansion of the Real Estate Agency based in Stroud.
Denise said her team were looking forward to becoming part of the Bulahdelah community.
“We are very community focused and we hope Bulahdelah will get to know us,” she said.
“It’s all about being part of the community.”
As a major sponsor of the 2016 Bulahdelah Show and host of a community Christmas party, the R&R team are certainly no strangers in the town.
Denise is also a member of the Bulahdelah Amateur Photography Club and Chamber of Commerce.
“We decided to open the shop in Bulahdelah as the community have asked us to for quite some time, so it has been about community demand,” Denise told News Of The Area.
“We hope to provide great service and work with everybody in the community.”
The agency currently employs five staff members which Denise hopes will grow over time.
