Fire Brigade members were asked to form the guard of honour for the A-League team as they walked out before their match against Sydney FC.

Red Cross volunteers were on hand to collect donations and the Jets donated a further $1,000.00 for every goal scored by them in the Round 14 game, which they scored one.

RFS members were also given free entry to the game for a well-deserved night out.
