Midcoast council employees are a musically talented bunch and they will be providing some Christmas cheer to their customers once again with Carols in the Office on Friday 23 December at 9am.

A tradition since 2004, the Forster office foyer fills to capacity as Council’s customers and staff gather to provide a spectacular performance.

From the early days, when bemused customers would arrive through the sliding doors and be welcomed with a healthy dose of Christmas cheer, to recent years when the event has become very popular, the event marks a happy close to the year for our community.

The whole community is invited to attend to share some good old fashioned Christmas Spirit.

It is an opportunity to be together at this very important time of the year and reflect on the year past.

“At this special time of year, it is wonderful to be able to come together and share the Christmas spirit,” Administrator John Turner said.

“This is an opportunity for Council staff to thank local people for everything they do to build community on the MidCoast.”

If you feel like it, dress up festively.
