She will also talk about the strategies she used (self-talk, compartmentalization, visualization, relaxation, visual cues, mindfulness and a graded activity schedule). In addition, Denise will talk about the risk factors and symptoms associated with gynaecological cancers: endometrial, fallopian tube, ovarian, cervical, vaginal and vulvar. She wants to raise awareness of the cancers to help women become aware of any unusual changes in their bodies so they can seek medical advice sooner.
