Roving characters entertained the children, with Bumblebee the Transformer.

Community Groups from Raymond Terrace and surrounds set up stalls to give information about their services.

The main stage had performances running all day, with dance groups and musical performer from all local schools showcasing their talent.

The widely respected Irrawang High School Drum corp put on another stellar performance, impressing the audience with their high level of musical skill.

Raymond Terrace resident Elissa Brown told News Of The Area, “What a fantastic day the MarketPlace has put on!”

“We come every year with our boys, and they never cease to amaze me with the effort they put in to make sure the event is a wonderful day for the whole family.”

Colleen Mulholland-Ruiz Centre Manager/Marketing of MarketPlace Raymond Terrace, told News Of The Area, “I am so pleased with the outcome of the festival, the way it brought the whole community together to have fun and raise money for a wonderful cause.”

“We had people from all across the community coming to us through the day, offering simply to help out with anything we needed.”

“We work really hard to make this event happen every year, and the wonderful feedback that flows back to us when it’s all done just makes it all so worthwhile,” she said.
