She, her husband and children at one time lived in Seaham and she is one of the last Australians to be honoured by Queen Elizabeth II, having been awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in the 2022 Queen’s Birthday Honours List for her service to The Performing Arts.

Anne now lives in Stroud and is incredibly passionate about the arts.

On the afternoon of Saturday 15 October, to celebrate and acknowledge her award, Anne and Brian will be delivering ‘Under Milk Wood’.

Everybody is welcome and for the small cost of $15.00 you will have the opportunity of seeing and hearing two accomplished artists playing numerous memorable characters.

Tea/coffee (and probably Welsh Cakes) and ‘nibbles’ are included, and an opportunity to chat with Anne to find out more about her remarkable career in the Performing Arts.

Anne is also available as a guest speaker at community organisation meetings, and this is a great opportunity for social clubs to meet Anne and discuss her presenting at meetings and events.

Her life story is a wonderful mix of involvement in the arts as a theatre director, performer, producer, singer and writer, performing across the country for more than 40 years.
