1. POLICE are investigating a violent robbery committed upon a woman in Nambucca Heads on 20/2/23.

At about 2am the 33-year-old woman was walking in Gordon Park, Nambucca Heads when it is alleged she was assaulted by two unknown offenders who stole her handbag and backpack.

Ambulance attended the scene and conveyed the woman, who had sustained severe head injuries, to Coffs Harbour Hospital.

2. On 17/2/23 Police arrested a 60-year-old man at Talarm following a domestic violence incident.

The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station with the offence of Use Carriage service to menace/harass/offend.

The accused was later released on bail and appeared before Coffs Harbour Local Court on 21/2/23.

The accused man was sentenced and released under Section 19B(1)(d) with conditions.

3. On 19/2/23 Police arrested a fifteen-year-old young person following a family violence incident at a Macksville address.

The young person was charged at Macksville Police Station with the offences of Assault occasioning actual bodily harm and Intimidation.

The young person was later issued a Court Attendance Notice to appear before Macksville Children’s Court on 23/3/23.

4. On 20/2/23 Police arrested a 40-year-old man in Macksville who was wanted for an outstanding warrant.

The accused man was conveyed to Macksville Police Station where the warrant was executed.

The accused man was later released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 2/3/23.

5. On 20/2/23 Police arrested a 41-year-old man at Macksville Police Station who was wanted for an outstanding warrant.

The warrant was executed upon the accused who was later released on bail to appear before Coffs Harbour Local Court on 15/3/23.

6. On 21/2/23 Police arrested a 28-year-old man in Nambucca Heads for breaching his bail conditions related to another matter currently before Court.

The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station and issued with a Court Attendance Notice to appear before Macksville Local Court on 23/3/23.

7. On 22/3/23 Police arrested an eighteen-year-old woman in Nambucca Heads following a family violence incident.

The accused woman was charged at Macksville Police Station with the offences of Drive while licence suspended and Common assault.

The accused woman was later released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 23/3/23.

8. On 22/3/23 Police arrested a 32-year-old man who was wanted on three outstanding warrants related to the Revocation of Parole, Revocation of an ICO order and Breach of Bond.

The warrants were executed at Macksville Police Station and the accused was refused bail to appear before Coffs Harbour Local Court on 23/2/23.

9. On 22/2/23 Police arrested a 28-year-old man at Macksville Police Station who was wanted on an outstanding warrant for domestic violence offences.

The warrants were executed and the accused later released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 23/2/23.

The matter was subsequently adjourned and the accused is next to appear before Macksville Local Court on 16/11/23.

10. On 23/2/23 Police arrested a 34-year-old woman at Macksville Police Station who was wanted on an outstanding warrant.

The warrant was executed and the accused woman was refused bail to appear before Macksville Local Court the same date.

The accused was subsequently granted bail by the Court to next appear before Macksville Local Court on 23/3/23.

11. On 23/2/23 Police arrested a 31-year-old man in Nambucca Heads who was wanted on an outstanding warrant for domestic violence offences.

The warrants were executed at Macksville Police Station and the accused was refused bail to appear before Macksville Local Court the same date.

The accused was subsequently granted bail by the Court to next appear before Macksville Local Court on 9/3/23.
