The R & R Property team currently has two office locations in Stroud & Bulahdelah, but cover the entire Great Lakes and Port Stephens areas.

R & R Property have been awarded Agency of the Year for 2017 for the Stroud district, with Denise taking out the Agent of the Year for the district also.

Denise told News Of The Area, “We are incredibly proud to announce that this year we also achieved the Excellence in Small Business for the MidCoast area by the MidCoast Business Chamber, and subsequently were finalist in the regional business awards.”

“I was also honoured to be awarded as a highly commended business leader.”

The R & R Property Team appeared on the hit series ‘Selling Houses Australia’ with Andrew Winter, Shayna Blaze and Charlie Bone when one of their listed properties had a makeover by the SHA team.

Once the makeover was completed the R & R Property team achieved the fastest sale in the history of the show’s nine season reign.

Denise said, “People still make comment about it and explore our area because of the show.”

“I even have people I have met, recognise me and say they saw the show, it’s lovely!”

Denise is currently in the process of co-authoring two books on selling Real Estate from the top agents in Australia, which should be out at the end of the year.

Denise and Brooke base their selling and attraction techniques around the areas that they live in and love.

They strive for excellence to ensure their customers are their greatest fans, and their wish is to make everyone as happy as they possibly can.

Denise said, “We want to continue to promote our region even further and let people discover our treasure trove of beautiful and diverse landscapes.”
