PACIFIC dunes management last weekend hosted the official opening of their new park, on Lakewood Drive.

Kurt Linde, General Manager of Golf Operations, and John Spencer, Development Manager of Pacific dunes, welcomed the crowd and officially opened the park.

Pacific Dunes graciously provided a sausage sizzle, drinks and face painting for all who attended.

The morning was enjoyed by a good group of families, despite the overcast and inclement weather.

The new park boasts two separate age appropriate play grounds, several sets of swings of varying types, a flying fox and a generously sized grassed area, set up as a soccer field, complete with soccer goals at either end.

The playground is well fenced, ensuring all play areas are protected from the road.

A wonderful new facility for our community to enjoy.
