HRMI’s work impacts a wide range of health problems to make some of the world’s biggest health challenges a thing of the past.

The many staff on hand were very friendly and helpful with some dressed as mad scientists which added to the fun element of the day.

“The highlight for the group and I was when we sat in on an interesting talk by one of the researchers, in one of the auditoriums about cancer research and another about the importance of nutrition,” Ann Gibson, Probus Publicity Officer told Bay News Of The Area.

“It was a lovely day and we were given access to many areas, with staff on hand to answer our questions,” Ms Gibson said.

“Mark it on the calendar for a great family day out, as it was very interesting, with lots of interactive activities included for all ages,” she said.
