The Christmas Spirit is shining bright in Medowie, with an enviable number of homes sporting extravagant light displays this year.

If you’re looking for some of the best light displays in Port Stephens, then Medowie may just have you covered.

Gather your family and friends and get in the holiday spirit by getting out and experiencing some of the brilliant displays around town for a festive, memorable outing that is sure to be a delight for all ages.

News Of The Area spoke with the owners of one such house in Coachwood Drive.

Ashley Segue said, “We have really enjoyed setting up our display this year, and it’s been lovely watching everyone stop and take pictures and comment on all the little different things.”

Reports coming in with streets to look out for, have provided some great homes to go and visit on your outing.

The first is one many will already have heard of many times, and that is the colourful and neighbourly Eagle Close, where almost every house decorates their home extensively.

Other streets that have been mentioned to News Of The Area as having one or many well decorated homes worth visiting include: Tupelo Street, Rosewood Drive, Coachwood Drive, Sylvan Avenue, Sarah Place, Sir Henry Parkes, Boyd Boulevard, Ryan Road, Lewis Drive, James Road and Ferodale Road.
